Epidemiology Student Services Portal Registration

The Portal Registration form is intended for students who would like to gain access to student services resources. If you believe that you have been assigned a Portal account but you do not know your password, please ‘Quit’ and use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option that is available on the Login page.

Before you can complete the Portal Registration, you need to obtain an Access Code from student services. If you do not have an Access Code, please e-mail Student Services and one will be sent to you via e-mail. If the Portal Registration system indicates that your Access Code is invalid, please request another.
